Shipping and Handling

- Item will be sent out on the same business day for any purchases before 4PM. Any items ordered after 4pm would be sent out the next business day. (Business day means Monday - Friday, Excluding Public Holiday) If your order lies on the weekend, we will send it out first thing on Monday

-Buyers need to ensure their address is accurate, if item is returned due to incorrect address or non-claim or wrong name, buyer will be required to pay additional charges to re-send item.

- Singpost delivery - 2 TO 5 DAYS without delays

- Buyer agrees to not claim against seller if they opt for free postage for Singpost normal mail (letter box) in Singapore. If buyer agree to purchase, they agree that they will not hold the company liable for any lost item as there is no tracking number for the singpost normal mail. We encourage Registered mail as there is tracking number.
