Return/Refund Policy
Buyer choose Normal Mail as your shipping method means you have bound to agree and accepted the Terms & Conditions. There will be NO Refund or Resend of any delayed or lost parcels by SingPost Normal Mail. It is the "SingPost Company" responsibility to deliver your pacel and NOT the Seller as we have the evidence of SingPost Video Evidence Proof of all parcels. SingPost are the ones who handle your parcels delivery and Not the seller. With the latest technologies, all parcels have been captured by CCTV Cameras and Video Evidence Proof of all buyers parcel. (Video Evidence Proof will be submited upon request)
We always strongly recommend buyers to choose Registered Mail / Qxpress so we could follow up with the courier companies if there is any issues.
