Pack of Collagen 28mm Casings. This sealed pack comes with 1 / 2 or 10 rods of casings each 12.5mtrs in length. Collagen 28mm casings is the Collagen equivalent of a Hog Casing. Ideal for a 'Cumberland' style sausage, thick Pork or Game style sausage. Collagen Casings or 'artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each 'concertinaed' rod will fill up to 10 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely. Enjoy
