VINILEX 5170 OIL BASED WALL SEALER

 

Nippon Vinilex 5170 Oil-Based Wall Sealer contains a superior resin/binder, effective in preventing the degradation of finishing coats by alkaline surfaces. This wall sealer contains a blend of solvents that enables it to penetrate deeply and gives a firm base for subsequent coats.
