颈部清潔後~將臉部擦乾.將颈膜自膜具上以指腹輕取出來 (請小心取出~不要用指甲抓取或是用力捏會造成破裂) 放敷在臉上後將多餘空氣推出~敷約15-30分鐘即可取下. 無須清洗~即可繼續其他保養程序.
由於此颈膜的特殊材質~鎖水力超強.植物性成分不會造成過敏~可以天天使用.
