Functions:
Exquisite and delicate, the tea produces a very pale yellow brew and has a fresh, sweet fragrance with traces of citrus.
This tea has high concentrations of polyphenols (antioxidants that help fight against cancer-causing radicals and heart disease).
The liquor holds a light apricot color and the taste is fresh and delicate with a pleasent high fragrance.
This tea is a very good daily tea. It is also recommended as an efficacious remedy for the hives.

Brewing Instructions:
1. Loose-leaf teas are best brewed using a teapot and strainer or stainless steel mesh tea ball.
2. If using a tea ball allow room for tea leaf expansion by using one at least 2 inches in diameter for one 8 oz. cup. Use 2 tsp. of tea to brew one 8 oz. cup.
3. Bring water to boil, remove from heat for 2-3 minutes. Water should be at 165-175 degrees.
4. Brewing white teas at temperatures slightly less than boiling brings out the subtleties and sweetness. Brew for 2-3 minutes.
5. This tea can be used for 3-4 infusions. The teas have a natural sweetness and do not usually require sweeteners.
