Cosmetic companies liquidate the overstock of these items to the wholesale market. We purchase these items from the manufacturer, we do not get them free. The Manual Auto-Lifting Method

 

1. Forehead:
 
The forehead applies pressure in both palms. Hold position 5 to 10 seconds.
 
 Benefits: Smoothes and helps avoid the appearance of lines on the forehead.
 
 

2. The Eyes:

The base of the palms completely cover the eyes and the eye contour. The hands cover the forehead. Hold position 10 to 15 seconds.

Benefits: Helps smooth apparent puffiness and minimize dark circles. This relaxing position also helps eliminate stress (cause of contraction and ageing of the features). You may hold this position for longer if necessary.

3. 

The Cheeks:
 
Move the hands on to the cheeks, slightly separating them to leave room for the nose. Hold position 10 to 15 seconds.
 Benefits: Helps relieve water retention. This position is particularly important for those who have a fuller face.
 


4. The Chin and Jaw Line:
 
Rest the chin in the palms of the hands with the hands open holding the jaw. Hold position 10 to 15 seconds.
 

Benefits: This movement is recommended for those who have a heavier face. Helps relieve water retention in the chin area.
 

 
5. The base of the Neck and the Ears:
 
Separate the wrists and apply pressure with the full weight of the head, with your hands holding the ears firmly. Hold the position 10 to 15 seconds.
 
 Benefits: Helps enhance natural facial drainage and refine facial contours.
 

 
6. The Neck hold :
 
- Overlap hands and for a butterfly shape then place thumb under chin
 
- Then bend fingers into the hollow of the collarbone (aka. Salt celler)
 
- Relax the head completely, with chin resting on the crossed palm of the hands
 
- Every 2 seconds lift the head slightly then lower it again to rest its full weight
 
on the hands
- Repeat minimum of 3 times.
Benefits: Helps enhance the natural excess fluid-release process

Q: The date stated is manufacturing date or expiry date?
A: It is mostly the manufacturing date. Expiry dates have words "exp" or "best before" before the stamped date.
 
Q: Do you sell full retail size?
A: Yes! You can find full size products in our other listings and if you cannot find the item you want, please email to mybeautystory@hotmail.sg and we can advise you on your purchase. 
 
Q: Some travel size products are labelled "Sample" or "Not for individual sale". Did you get them for free?
A: Definitely not. We paid for all our products. Regadless of the size.
 
Q: How long does the delivery take?
A: It takes approxmately 3-5 working days via courier and 2-14 days via singpost normal mail.
 
Q: Why can't I track my order?
A: Once the item is stated on delivery, it will be at our climate-controlled warehouse waiting for the courier company to collect. Sometimes they might not come immediately after we request for collection. Once they collect, you will be able to track your order.
 
Q: I have not received my product.
A: Kindly inform us, we will resend. After resending, if you still do not receive, please file for non-claim receipt.
 
Q: Why is my item still on request?
