Shipping

Orders will only be sent out as soon as after payment is completed and processed by Qoo10.

If order is placed on Friday or weekends, it will be sent out on beginning of the following week.

If item is out of stock, we will contact you to change colour or to refund.

Delivery will take approximately about 4-5 working days and note that weekend/ PH is not considered.

Exchange

--> If items are opened, used or damaged;

--> Sending item without prior contact.

We assumed all products to be in good working condition and are not liable for any functional and quality checks. Any refund or 1 to 1 exchange due to Manufacturer's defects will not be entertained.

Buyer will have to bear the postage cost for any exchange unless the item is sent wrongly. Replacement of item will only be processed after receiving the return item without any damage.
