ALL ORDERS before 7:30am in the morning will be process on the same day.

(Monday to Saturday)

Cut off time : 7:30am

Ta Q Bin Delivery : Same day delivery if orders are in before 7.30am

Choice of Delivery

12 noon to 5pm

or 5pm to 8pm.

Deliver to Doorstep

(There are times that high volume or wet season for Ta Q Bin, orders may take another day)

Qexpress Delivery : Qoo10 inhouse Delivery with tracking.

Usually takes 3 to 5 days to reach customers.

Deliver to Doorstep

Normal mail  : Delivery with no tracking.

Singpost postman delivers directly to letterbox.

Normal mails usually takes 3 days to 2 weeks to arrive.

As we cannot track normal mail, we are unable to trace lost mails.

We can only update you the address that we have sent out.
