This Award Winning Taipei Cycle Clip-on System Carrier has all of the advantages of a PakRak clip-on bag while utilizing your existing carrier rack and having mini panniers. The carrier bag will fit most bicycle carrier frame-mounted racks (adaptor bracket and parts included). (Note: bag will not work with seatpost-mounted racks because panniers need to be securely strapped to rack (see pictures). Carrier bag is top-mounted, and useful for weekend bike outings and commuting to work or school with mini side panniers. Supplied with carrier interface adaptor, the carrier bag can carry items like bicycle accessories or tools, school books, groceries, a change of clothes, bike gear, or other small items. Features: Clip-on Quick-Release System for most carrier racks. Multi-compartments. Hard base, reinforced, and padded body. Large compartment with inner mesh pocket (can store shoulder strap for when not in use). 2 built-in foldaway mini side panniers. (Can store inside pocket when not in use.) Hand-carrying strap.
