I love it so much, have been using it for years now. Couldn't find anything to replace it, and nothing beats the price.Written by a customer while visiting NeutrogenaWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportWasn't As Effective in Removing Eye Makeup7/15/2017Average rating:2out of5stars, based onreviews7/15/2017by agegracefully2017This item was recently purchased in hopes it would be a better solution and more gentle form of eye makeup removal than the cleansing cloths. Unfortunately, the product simply didn't remove the eye makeup well. (Please note: eye makeup consisted only of regular, non-waterproof and non-longwearing eyeshadow and mascara, and no eye liners were used)Written by a customer while visiting NeutrogenaWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportI CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IT9/24/2010Average rating:5out of5stars, based onreviews9/24/2010by Anita [...]Have you ever used a product for the first time, such as a facial mask, and never noticed a difference, until you stopped using it? Then you are left bowing at it's feet, begging forgiveness for ever doubting it's wonderfulness? For ever assuming that there could be better? That is this bottle of magical rainbow happiness. Despite being oil-free, it removes most makeup, and just requires a second cotton pad of remover if you want to remove heavy-duty waterproof mascara. A certain person on Youtube recommended using extra virgin olive oil as a makeup remover. NEVER AGAIN I bought it purely for the price. I had wiped out 50% of the oil-free makeup remover and wanted to try something cheaper. As I applied it, it was...burning a little. Weird, I thought. I kept at it. The burning got a little worse. I stopped to look at the pad. It was RIPPING OUT MY EYELASHES!! Literally. Like, five of em in the pad. I through away the pad and angrily tossed the evil bottle back into the pantry. I WILL NEVER DOUBT YOU AGAIN, NEUTROGENA OIL FREE MAKEUP REMOVER.Written by a customer while visiting NeutrogenaWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportOiliness exists despite company's protestations.12/31/2014Average rating:4out of5stars, based onreviews12/31/2014by altima94I've been using this product for about 5 years. I try to find the larger containers as they're more economical and wish you sold a bottle twice the size of the current large product. Despite size of bottle, there is a clear separation of an oil-based product on top and some other reagent on the bottom. After using the product, my eye lids and surrounding skin are ALWAYS oily despite your company's responses to other clients (with claims to the contrary) who also complain about the oil. However, I don't mind the oil unless I'm intending to apply make-up right away, thus making impossible. I must wait until the product is either completely dry or I rub it off in order to apply make-up right after using remover. Using it last thing at night is best because by morning any residual oil is gone.Written by a customer while visiting NeutrogenaWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportI will never go back to wipes!2/8/2017Average rating:5out of5stars, based onreviews2/8/2017by ab34I. Love. This. Stuff. I had been using the neutrogena makeup remover wipes ever since I started wearing makeup. I love them. I've tried practically every other brand of makeup wipes and they all suck compared to the neutrogena ones. But I felt like no matter how m
