The SoundWare XS 5.1 speaker system is an ultra-compact 5.1 package bringing a new level of style and substance to lifestyle surround sound systems. It delivers rich, balanced and articulate sound without visually dominating a room. So compact as to virtually disappear, yet subtly stylish complementing any décor. The system’s five ultra-compact satellites are real two-way speakers (unlike many competitors). Each features a high-performance 2½-inch (64mm) mid-bass driver and a ½-inch (13mm) soft dome tweeter delivering smooth high frequencies and surprising mid bass impact. The color matched powered subwoofer features radiused edges that mimic the satellite design. It's 100-watt (250 watts peak) amplifier and 8-inch Deep Channel Design (203mm) woofer use Boston's patented BassTraccircuitry for tight, distortion-free bass at all output levels. Omni directional wall mounting brackets are included for easy installation of all five satellite speakers.
