      Items will be send out within 2 business days upon notification of order;

      Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable;

      Seller will make a refund for paid items when the products are out of stock;

      Seller will make an exchange if the seller has sent the wrong item. In such cases, please contact the seller at decemberlolly@yahoo.com to make the necessary arrangements;

      The color that you see on the monitor may be slightly different from the color of the actual product;

      If the registered mail option is not selected, the seller will send the items using normal mail. We’re not responsible for any parcel lost using normal mail
