Registered mail is highly encouraged. Mail via normal delivery mode has a higher chance of getting lost or delayed.

We will not be liable and will not compensate for lost or delayed mail caused by Singpost.

Please select your mode of delivery carefully. If you choose both non registered and registered mail, you might be asked to top up the postage difference, resulting in delay in processing your order.

By selecting both delivery mode (normal and registered), it can be confusing at times. Inadvertently, we might make mistake and sent out the mail via normal mail instead of registered mail. Thus, we do seek your understanding on this issue.

For purchase of 6 sets of colour pencils and above, we will send them via courier service (regardless of your choice of the mode of delivery). This is due to the weight of the parcel exceeding the weight limit for the mail to be sent via Singpost Normal Postage. Kindly indicate your preferred delivery time but not specific dates (For example, weekdays after 7 pm, weekends after 5 pm) on the memo to seller in order to facilitate a smooth delivery.
