This product is made from Orthotex fabric, an open 3-dimensional knit that is a non-latex alternative to neoprene. It offers breathability, elasticity, therapeutic compression, comfort and heat control. It is less "hot" to wear than neoprene, thus appropriate for long term wear or wear in warm climates, and ideal for wearers who are allergic to or irritated by neoprene fabric.

* This size fits 14.0-15.0 in. (35.5-38.1 cm) around the bend of your kneeWrap support around the knee until the front opening surrounds the kneecap (patella). Adjust the support so the spiral stays are correctly aligned along the midline of the knee. When properly aligned, the support should fit snug but not so tight that it deeply depresses the skin. Care: Fasten all hook and loop closures. Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap. Rinse thoroughly until water is clear. Wrap in a towel to remove excess water. Air dry away from heat.
