Not sure if it was from the weight loss, medication, or PCOS, but I tried other hair skin and nails supplements with no results. My hairdresser said it didn't look like my hair was breaking off but falling out. After a month on this program, she noticed new 1-2" long hairs coming in all over my scalp. My length seems to have stopped at around 24" from the nape of my neck which is a few inches shorter than how long it used to be before I cut it and it started falling out. Am also treating my hair with oils and strengthening shampoos and use a hair mask once a week where I mix coconut oil and vitamin E oil and let it soak overnight.
