Epsom Salt

Soothing and Healing

Epsom salt, named after a bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, is a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate. Studies have shown that magnesium and sulfate are both readily absorbed through the skin, making Epsom salt baths an easy and ideal way to enjoy its amazing health benefits.

Magnesium:

  • Eases stress and improves sleep and concentration
  • Helps muscles and nerves function properly
  • Regulates activity of 325+ enzymes
  • Makes insulin more effective
  • Reduces inflammation to relieve pain and muscle cramps
  • Relieves constipation
  • Balances ph levels in body

Sulfate:

  • Flushes toxins
  • Helps form joint proteins, brain tissue and mucin proteins
  • Activates pancreatic enzymes
