Grape Varietal : Merlot 60%, Cabernet sauvignon 20% and Cabernet franc 20%

Colour : Beautiful, brilliant, deep red colour, and still has youthful highlights.

Aroma : This wine has an attractive bouquet with concentrated, elegant aromas of red fruit and spices, with pleasant hints of oak and some toasty overtones.

Palate : This wine is well-balanced and powerful on the palate with elegant, round tannins and a hint of stewed prunes and spice.

Recommended Cuisine

Recommended serving temperature: 17-18°C.

Enjoyable as of now, this cuvee is a good accompaniment to grilled, roast, and sauteed meat, as well as roast guinea fowl, tmffle omelette, or leg of lamb.
