EXCHANGE POLICY
All defectives exchanges are to be done so within 14 working days upon receipt of items bought from HAIRPURE, all original packaging and contents have to be returned to us.Buyers have to pay for the shipping cost unless wrong item has been sent.Buyer would have to pay for 2 way shipping cost if wrong order has been made.
