Using Instruction:

1 . Suitable: No blade/Rusty/Dull/Notched metal knife
1.Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using
2.(Coarse) Place a knife on tungsten blade, using slight downward pressure and running the blade from its heel to its point through the slot.Repeat three to five times
3.(Fine) Place a knife on ceramic rod, please refer to the step 2, it's a necessary step to eliminate the burrs on the knife and polish it.
4. Clean the knife with the water or wiper and dry it after use;clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.

2 . Suitable: Ceramic knife
1.Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using
2.(Ceramic) Place a knife on diamond rod, using slight downward pressure and running the blade from its heel to its point through the slot.Repeat three to five times. Please note ceramic can't rub against each other.
3. Clean the knife with the water or wiper and dry it after use;clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.

Caution:
1. Do not put the sharpener to sharpen scrrated blades or scissors.
2. Please sharpen the knife slightly to avoid damaging the knife.
3. Chef knife sharpener do not put the dishwasher or water.
4. Knife sharpening tools and knives, please do not put them where children easily touch avoid accidents.
