Product Description

The Morris Products 78208 transformer accepts a 120 VAC input and can be wired to produce an 8 VDC/20 VA, 16 VDC/30 VA, or 24 VDC/30 VA output for use with doorbells, buzzers, and chimes rated for the appropriate wiring scheme of the transformer. It is thermally protected, and is a Class 2 energy-limiting type transformer, which means its current is self-limiting and does not need a fuse or breaker switch in its circuit. It has a screw-hole mounting feature, and it fits standard wiring knockout holes. This transformer is Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) listed and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certified for quality assurance. It is suitable for a wide range of home or business applications with doorbells, buzzers and chimes rated for operation at the chosen wiring scheme of the transformer.
