How to use:

 

 

Step 1: Remove the inner core from the outer sleeve and place it in the freezer for 8-18hours. Remove and place inside the outer sleeve.

 

 

Step 2 : Pour in the juice to the fill line.

 

Step 3: Wait a minute or two, then scrape the wall of the cup with the tip of the included spoon to remove ice from the wall.

 

Step 4 : Now enjoy the DIY smootie & ice cream.
