1. Q. WHAT SIZE PHONES OR DEVICES DOES THE SPYDERGRIP HOLD?
2. The Spydergrip can hold all iPhones and all Android mobile devices comfortably. That means the Spydergrip can hold as large as the newest iPhone X or Galaxy Note 8...with a case on!
3. Q. WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE SPYDERGRIP?
4. The Spydergrip consists of two pockets. The large pocket dimensions (that fit devices) are 4 1/3 inches in width and 6 1/3 inches in height. The smaller pocket which is designed for keys, cards, change and smaller belongings, sits within the larger pocket and has the dimensions of 3 inches in width and 4 ½ inches in height. >

6. The Spydergrip was created to be a universal fit. We have taken extra care in making sure that the Spydergrip’s adjustable, velcro straps can loosen or tighten based on the age and size of the person. The Spydergrip was mainly created to fit ages 10+. If the wearer falls out of the standard height and weight for these ages then please take that into consideration when purchasing the Spydergrip.
7. Q. DO THE STRAPS CHAFE OR RUB?
8. Nope! The Spydergrip straps were carefully engineered with an anti-chafe neoprene material that inhibits rubbing or chafing under the arms. We have selected only the softest and light-weight, neoprene that is both light-weight and breathable so you can enjoy your activity with no irritation.

10. The Spydergrip is "water resistant” however it is not water proof. Which means that the Spydergrip can protect your device and belongings from rain, splashes or spills while being used but will not protect your belongings from water damage if submerged. Since the Spydergrip’s pouch has a velcro lip, it does not create a water proof seal on the pouch.

14. Yup. Feel free to throw your Spydergrip in the washer to keep it clean! However, please make sure you do not heat dry your Spydergrip. Don’t throw it in the dryer but rather allow it to hang dry. This will preserve the material and the stitching of the product.
