Rhinestone Disclaimer
Rhinestones are individually hand set on your garment.
 Follow the simple care instructions below to ensure the life of your rhinestone apparel. Rhinestones can last the life of the garment if care instructions are followed. I do provide extra stones with every order. If you should lose any stones contact me at michelle@rhinestonebabies.com and I will replace them for free. You can mail your shirt back or I will mail you replacement stones.
As with most custom ordered items, Your rhinestone apparel cannot be returned. Contact me immediately at michelle@rhinestonebabies.com if you receive any damaged goods!
Because items are non refundable, please look your order over carefully before checking out.  No shirts can be returned for ordering wrong sizes.
As we lay our stones by hand.  No two designs will ever be 100% identical.
We use iron to apply our rhinestones. You may notice unusual crease marks on your garment. This is temporary and will fade after washing.

Rhinestone Apparel Simple Care Instructions
Your rhinestone apparel can withstand normal everyday wear and tear.
However, to ensure the life of your custom made rhinestone apparel we advise you to follow these simple care instructions.
Turn garment inside out and machine wash in cold water on delicate cycle.
Hang or lay garment flat to dry.    
DO NOT IRON
Each rhinestone is heat set so exposing your garment to high heat (such as high heat dryer cycles or household irons) may cause stones to shift or fall off. If you should lose any stones contact me at michelle@rhinestonebabies.com and I will replace them for free.
Shipping
 
Shipping times vary depending on the amount of orders I have at one time. They will ship within 2 business days. You will receive them within 1-5 days after shipping.  If you need your shirt sooner let me know and I will do everything possible to get it to you by the time you need it. You may wish to opt for registered mail and I’ll mail out by AM Letterbox mail which will get to you the next day after shipping.

Returns
 
Our shirts are custom made when each order comes in, they are not made up ahead of time and kept in inventory. As with most custom made goods, our rhinestone items are non refundable unless they are shipped in error.. ie we made a mistake in size, style, color etc... we can not refund/redo if  they were ordered in the wrong size, color and/or style. Each order is custom made and   IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU LOOK OVER YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHECKING OUT!  Check the item, size, color, design, text, etc. If you need help in choosing a size contact me at michelle@rhinestonebabies.com.
