My Simply Straight™ Brush is not powering “On”?
To activate your brush, hold down the Power Button for about 2 seconds until the numbers appear on the display. Then press the +/- buttons until you've reached your desired temperature.

How long will it take for my Simply Straight™ to heat up?
Simply Straight™ will heat up in about 2 minutes.

What is the temperature range for my Simply Straight™?
You can set your desired temperature on Simply Straight™ from 360 — 450°.
You can use the +/- buttons to adjust the temperature in 10 — 20° increments depending on your model.

Are batteries required to work my Simply Straight™?
Batteries are NOT required. Simply Straight™ has a standard  plug which is polarized. For usage instructions, read the instructions thoroughly for complete details.

How long is the Cord attached to my Simply Straight™?
Simply Straight™ has a 6ft swivel cord.

What is the recommended way to use my Simply Straight™?
We recommend using Simply Straight™ on dry, clean hair.
Be sure to free your hair of any knots or tangles with a regular brush first.
Your hair should not contain any hair care product in it for ease of use.
When Simply Straight™ is at your desired temperature, SLOWLY brush through the hair in a downward motion. The brush can be used facing inward, or outward.

How long will it take to straighten my hair with Simply Straight™?
Depending on your hair type (thin, thick, wavy, curly), most hir types can be straightened within minutes.

Will Simply Straight™ burn my scalp?
No. The design and material of the bristle tips will allow you to brush easily, without worrying about your scalp getting burned. DO NOT place Simply Straight™ directly on skin (such as your neck, ears, face, etc.) when the brush is hot.

Will Simply Straight™ damage my hair?
Simply Straight™ uses a Ceramic Tourmaline coating to control frizz and produce a smooth, shiny finish. Consumers should always be aware of the proper temperature for their own hair. Thinner hair should use lower temperatures, while thicker hair can use higher temperatures. You should not use with any hair care products, or with wet hair as that will create negative results. For the best finish, we recommend using Argan Oil as a protectant against heat. Argan Oil is sold separately and can be found in all major retailers.

How can I clean my Simply Straight™ brush?
Unplug Simply Straight™ and allow it to cool down before cleaning. You can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe
away residue or dust. A lightly damp cloth may be used with caution.

Repeat steps 1 – 3 for each length of hair until the desired area is straightened.
Allow the hair to cool down before applying styling product.
After use, press the “On/Off” button to turn “Off”, then unplug your Simply Straight™. Wait until Simply
Straight™ is completely cooled down before handling or storing.

NOTE: Use the product as shown in picture 2.
Use the product slow & carefully to avoid contact with skin or scalp.
Always take caution when using your free hand near Simply Straight™.
