That night when i went to wash my face I was so excited to try the wash. Boy did that excitement die fast. Maybe 10 seconds into lathering my face was on FIRE, I washed it off immediately with cold water but at that point the damage was done. My face was red and burning like bad sunburn. It's now the next day and my face is still red and hot in spots. I have oily/acne skin and I tend to look for the harshest-extra strength face wash around, but I read somewhere that harsh cleansers can make oil production worse, so I switched tactics and tried this baby. It's definitely more gentle than I'm used to, but when I do toner/cotton ball after, there isn't any makeup left behind, so that shows me it works. Product is thin, so if the cap isn't closed tight, you can get some leaking, so I put it in a clean plastic bottle with a pump on it. I've noticed that the "new" packaging looks like it has less product in it, so that's a bummer.
