SHIPPING

Theses are PRE-ORDER items and directly ship from oversea. Shipping of order will be available 4 days after order(dispatching date can be delayed by stock availability, though this can be slightly faster or slower depending on the postal service). Normally, it takes another 2-3 working days to deliver to you.

We offer normal shipping on all Singapore orders by Singpost. We are not responsible for any lost items by normal mail. Using Registered mail is highly recommended, an additional fees $3.50 will be charged.

CANCEL/ RETURN/ EXCHANGE

Since the item is posted from CHINA, "NO cancellation, return or exchange will be allowed". Except followed cases,

1. Manufacturer defects of items

2. Incorrect item were sent

On these specific cases, you may directly inquire us and provide appropriate evidence to proof your claims within 7 days of receiving item. Returned item must be unwashed, unworn and the tag intact in the original bag. Once claim is approved, we will give you how to return, exchange or refund your item. If the item out of stock, you will be given the option to exchange for a different design of the same value. 

OTHER CONDITIONS

Colour: The colour you see on monitor may slightly different from the actual colour of items. 

Our measurements are done with the pieces lying flat down and may have a slight discrepancy 1-3cm.  

Items damaged or stained due to negligence are not applicable for exchange or refund.

White items and promotional items are not allowed for exchange or refund.

We reserve the right to change and amend our Terms and Conditions at any given time.

Caution:

If the mesh cover is torn or the attachment cap is severely damaged, please replace immediately by contacting your local authorized dealer to purchase these parts.

If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, stop the workout at once. Consult a physician immediately.

Warning:

Mesh cover can only be used with the Wavy or Flat attachment caps. Do not use mesh cover when roller or filling caps are attached.

Do not use the machine without mesh cover on areas of your body where hair can be entangled with the device (i.e. neck or shoulder, etc.)
