I will rate in different categories: Profile: 22 Grams of Protein from Whey and Milk Isolate, no inferior proteins like gelatin, soy etc. There are 5 grams of fiber which makes it very filling. Overall calories are only 240, so it works as a low cal snack option. Texture: They are not kidding about crunch. There are cookie pieces on top and each bite has a crunch. The inside of the bar is soft and chewy. Taste: This flavor has an oreo like taste with the white coating on top and chocolate interior. Uses: This bar does have a carb profile, so I am using it as a recovery meal after workouts. Drinking protein can get very monotonous so this gives me a new option for post workout. I also keep these with me for the afternoon cravings or energy crash. Overall a solid product from MuscleTech which fits a need in supplements for a high protein bar with high quality protein, fiber, and carbs for energy. G
