Shipping Policy

Our admin staff will verify your order daily from Mon-Fri and prepare for shipping upon we have confirmed money has been credited.

Normal fee shipping will take 3-5 working days excluding weekends/PH through normal mail shipping (non-registered) service.

QExpress/SingPost delivery will take 1-2 working days excluding weekends/PH.

We also allow buyer to pick up goods purchased at our store. The operating hours is from Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm excluding weekends/PH.
Advance arrangement have to be made at least 1 day in advance with our staff.

Buyer will have to bear the mailing charge for resend item(s) in the event of wrong shipping address is given, No one to receive the shipment,
Or uncollected in mail box.

If the item ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via SMS and arrange for a refund if buyer do not wish to wait for the next available date.

Return Policy

Exchange request has to be initiated within 7 days upon item(s) received – Manufacture defect item only.

Item must not have any physical damage.

Buyer have to bring the defect tem to our store for 1-to-1 exchange.

No mailing back for any item exchange.
