Operational Steps:
1. Place the Director Plate on the top of the body Plate
2. Pour the long halves of the capsules into the Director Plate.
Hold both parts and gently shake from side to side till the majority of capsule fall into the holes.
Manually reposition the last few capsules into the remaining
3. Remove the Director Plate. Push down the body plate to make
sure if any capsules are the wrong way around. If any, upright these capsules
4. Pour your filling onto the capsules
5. Spread around with the powder spreader to make sure the powder cover capsules evenly
6. Using the Tamper, compact the filling gently. Add more filling to fill the capsules evenly again
7. Now place the Director Plate on top of the Cap Plate
8. Pour the short halves of the capsules into the Director Plate.
Hold both plates and shake from side to side gently.
Manually reposition the last few capsules into the remaining holes.
Remove the Director Plate and check for any capsules the wrong way around. Upright any you find
9. Place the Middle Plate on top of the Cap Plate. Ensure the grooves are facing up
10. Hold the Cap and Middle Plates together and flip them over and make sure the grooves are facing down
11. Push hard several times to connect the capsule halves together
12. Remove the Cap and Middle Plate and ensure the capsules are
properly closed by pressing down on them, or remove them and then pinch together
