Order Processing Deadlines
All items are from our warehouse in USA.
If all items in your order are in stock at the our warehouse closest to you, orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern USA Monday to Friday,
except holidays. We need 2 business days to process your order before we ship it to you.

You can purchase mixed items from our store.
Items on Order
If an item is currently out of stock, the items description page will display the date we expect to receive the product back in stock.
If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder / back order shipping surcharge will apply. Availability dates for items on order
are estimates, and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
Qoo10 systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays.
Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation
e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
The time frame for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped with any of our preferred carriers: SF Express.
Shipping time: 4-10days, with out weekend and holiday.
We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier.
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly.
Return & Exchange
No exchange or return is because of simple mind change.
Such Return of exchang is ablsolutely allowed for the reason below.
* Major defect is discovered..
* Wrong item is delivered.
* Recive demage itme.
If you want to return or exchange at you cost, contact us via email.Please check when you return the items just for changing your mind,

We use the best representative carriers of the countries to forwards packages to international destinations.
For this shipping method, we set limits on quantity of products, Weight and maximum amount of the order.
You should check the limitation of import from the Office of Customs Administration in your country prior to placing an order.

Years later, Eye Envy launched its Non-Refrigerated 'NR' version, giving the product a longer shelf life which made it appealing to pet boutiques and the retail market. Since its inception, the company has grown with worldwide distribution and maintained its philosophy of only including the best ingredients in its products. For use with EYE ENVYTM Solution. These gentle action applicator pads,allow just enough roughness to 'push' the solution deeper into the stained area without causing irritation. The texture of our Rayon/Polypropylene application pads, allow deeper penetration into your pet's fur. Slight exfoliation during application improves outcome. Eye Envy® Application Pads are made up of an ultra-thin rayon-polyester material with a waffle-like pattern that adds gentle friction to help clean the area. Our Applicator Pads have no loose 'fuzz' that can irritate the eyes, causing more tears. Each jar contains 28-30 rayon pads per jar. Refill pads also available. Note: Once the Original or NR Solution is poured into the Pad Jar, it must be refrigerated as it does not contain preservatives. This product does not contain the solution.
