2. Call/SMS (9776 2050 OR 8100 1009) us to make an appointment for scooter collection (so as to expedite the process when you are here). 
3. Print E-ticket and bring it down to collect your scooter



Why do you not provide delivery services?
We fine tune every single scooter before releasing them to our customers. By coming down to the shop, you are able to check the scooter and ensure that the scooter is in full working order so as to avoid making an extra trip down if there were to be any issues with the scooter. Also, any issues can be more easily solved on the spot when you are here to collect your scooter.

Warranty Terms

Warranty period is for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects of:

  2. 2. Controller box
  3. 3. LCD display
  4. 4. Battery

under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, Scooter Hub will repair or replace, at no charge, parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material, workmanship or manufacturer’s fault, under normal use and maintenance. 

What does this limited warranty NOT cover?

Normal wear and tear
Water damage
Owner negligence causing damage to scooter
Any other conditions, malfunctions or damage NOT resulting from defects in material, workmanship or manufacturer’s fault

*Important: Warranty will be VOID once any modifications are done on electrical parts of the scooter

1. Each E-ticket is only entitled for purchase of Speedelec Electric scooter as specified in the option chosen by the customer
