Installation: (pls follow the steps in exact order strictly)
1. Switch off power to fluorescent lamp (lamp must go off)
2. Remove fluorescent lamp from holder
3. Twist off starter and dispose
4. Replace with LED tube light
5. Switch on power to LED tube light
