My Ramen was created by Bib Gourmand awarded Ramen Restaurant Menya Shichisai and the ramen addicts that are My Ramen. My Ramen is a traditional authentic vegan Japanese Ramen Soup in three flavors. Soy Sauce, Miso and Salt. Unlike other instant ramen products, My Ramen contains no MSG, chemicals, preservatives, additives or GMO ingredients.
For over a year the My Ramen crew experimented. While sticking to ramen's authentic traditional roots, we experimented with different noodle recipes to see which noodle would enhance our highly refined traditional flavors of 'Soy Sauce', 'Miso' and 'Salt' by absorbing more of the flavor into the noodle so that the subtle flavors and aromas that give My Ramen its exceptional taste are enjoyed to their fullest.
