How to choose the right size of bracelet :-
*This guide is approximate for reference only.*

Step 1) Measure your wrist size.

Step 2) Add ~2.5cm to 3cm allowance.

- Example : Wrist size is 14.5cm, choose 17cm.
- Example : Wrist size is 14cm, choose 17cm.

Tip: If the bracelet is loose on your wrist, add in more charms. If the bracelet is tight on your wrist, remove some charms to make it more comfortable.

Shipping:

2. Singpost Normal Mail: Takes 3 to 7 working days. Sometimes might delay up to 3 weeks. We will not be responsible for any lost to items post via Singpost. Thus, we recommend buyer to opt for Singpost registered mail.

3. Singpost Registered Mail: Tracking number will be given. Takes 3 to 7 working days. Strongly recommended.

4. Singpost am Mail: Tracking number will be given. Takes 2 working days. Faster delivery method and usually delivery on next working day into recipient's letterbox by hard cardboard envelope.

5. Please ensure address is correct. Else any cost arising from resending of item will be bourne by buyer. We'll contact you once we've received any returned parcel.

6. Order will be sent out by the next working day, excluding Weekend, public holidays and unforseen circumstances.

7. NO exchange of the design after orders have been shipped out.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

1. The following are not consider as manufacturer’s defects and strictly no refund:- minor thread frays, slight mis-alligment of the seams, minor stain, actual color of the item and the colour shown in the photographs on the website as the color of items received might slightly differs as what is seen on the computer screen due to the different colour schemes setting on the computers or studio lighting during photos taking. If we run out of stock, we will provide refund to payment made.

2. We will ensure all items are in good condition before mailing. However, there are risks of damage during transit or possibilities of electronics malfunctioning. For exchange, please e-mail or inform to us within 48 hours the receipt of the items and defect photo for verification.

3. The chain length (between 16 to 21cm) is subjected to manufacturer tolerance of up to +0.5cm. Such tolerannce shall not be considered as a defect for exchange.
