   A style may run out of stock before we are able to adjust inventory.

  * Combined Shipping

    - for saving the delivery cost, combined shipping is available
      however, if the packing is over the limit beolw, combined shipping will be NOT available.

  * Holiday

    - during holiday seasons (Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving day etc.) or
      by some reason of a post office or customs, delivery could be delayed than normal.

   In very rare cases of the buyer being unhappy with their purchase please give us the opportunity to resolve

   * Returns

   We gladly accept reasonable returns and refund under the following terms:

   • For defective or different item delivered - return and refund are fully accepted.
   • For uninsured lost item - the oringal shipping fee and handling fee are non-refundable.
   • For insured item - you'll get full refund for the reason of LOST or DAMAGE and the return shipping fee
     will be paid by the seller.
   • For return or exchange by the change buyer's mind - buyers are required to bear the return
     shipping fee and send it back in its original condition.

   We only accept returns under the following conditions:

   • Buyers are required to take photos on the damaged item and send the item back within 14 days
     after item received.
   • Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, unworn and resalable condition including the
     factory sealed box.
   • Return must be shipped via registered mail to ensure safety.
