Specification for best result:

 

1) Make sure you have subscribe to Fibre line (min 100Mbps) 

2) Make sure that your router port is Gigabit LAN port (most of the new router have Gigabit port.. like n/ac type)

3) Switch off the Modem and Router before connecting the cable.

 

 

How to Troubleshoot:

 

If the wireless speed is not increased there is few way to check

 

1) Directly connect to router and check how many Mbps speed you are getting. (for eg: if you are subscribed to 100Mbps fibre line you are suppose to get 85-100Mbps through direct connection to router)

 

or

 

2) Directly connect to modem and check how many Mbps speed you are getting. (for eg: if you are subscribed to 100Mbps fibre line you are suppose to get 85-100Mbps through direct connection to modem)

 

3) If you are not getting 85-100Mbps, it is time to call your subscriber & inform that you are not getting the speed you are subscribed for.
