Directions:
Step 1 : Apply one coat of mascara to your upper lashes. This will act as a base for the fibers.
Step 2 : Before mascara sets, apply lash fibers. Start at the outer corner and gently pat fibers onto the top of upper lashes. Repeat this motion working toward the inner corner.
Step 3 : Finish with a final coat of mascara to set and seal fibers in place, while adding even more dimension.
