Read Warning Before Consuming
Take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking with water. If required, take an additional 1-2 capsules 4-6 hours later with water.
To assess tolerance, for the first 7 days consume 1 capsule upon waking with water and 1 capsule 4-6 hours later with water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat.

Grenade is not for use by persons under the age of 21. DO NOT USE if pregnant or nursing. Never exceed the recommended maximum dosage. DO NOT consume caffeine, synephrine or thyroid boosting compounds from other sources including, but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine or any other stimulants whatsoever. Grenade contains caffeine. DO NOT USE this product for longer than 8 weeks and make sure t hat usage is followed by a 4 week ‘off period.’ Consult your physician prior to use if you are taking medication including, but not limited to MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin, or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylethylamine or other stimulants. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition including, but not limited to heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostrate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headaches, rapid heartbeat or short n ess of breath.
