1. Does this sim work in my phone or devices?

Make sure you have an unlocked mobile device and support the frequencies mentioned above. You can contact to your device’s manufacturer or check with the device’s technical specifications for details.
2. what do I need to do if it is not working?

Please ensure "Cellular Data setting” and "Data Roaming setting” is On and double check "how to use” and "APN setting” in the user manual. If you still cannot make it, please contact us via hi@andystrip.com or WhatsApp(SMS only, +65 8811 1234) with interrelated problems statement and screenshot. We will response as soon as possible.

 3. If I travel abroad for 14 days, what should I do?

You can buy 2 SIM cards, when the first SIM uses up, you can use second SIM abroad right away.

• If you received an incorrect products or a few items were not included, please contact us and provide the proof immediately to arrange for a return, partial/full refund or resent the item within 15 days after item received. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee (both ways) unless we come to an agreement;

• If the sim card is not working while you are overseas, refunds will only be provided after contacting with us in time as we are able to solve most issues.Provide proof and allow us to determine the issues with you. If you inform us only after your trip, we will NOT entertain any refund claims；
• Refunds will not be provided if: SIM card has been pre-activated, used, returned without packaging intact, or returned in a bad condition；
• The location, weather, and phone compatibility will affect signal stability. Please check the coverage map and frequencies supported before you buy, in the case of experiencing poor signal / no signal, we cannot refund you.
