- Booking is Strictly for Email Only, Book at least 1 days in Advance
- For Next Day Booking, Please book before 3pm for us to process your booking for you
- For Travelling on Saturday, Sunday & Monday, Kindly book at least 48hours in Advance
- Ticket is for Adult or Child
- Choose Excl taxes and terminal fee, Kindly please take noted that Ferry Taxes is S$4.5(payable to Majestic fast ferry counter) & Seaport Tax S$6.5 (Payable to Bintan Terminal)
- Ticket is only valid for SG Tanah Merah and Bintan Tanjung Piang Ferry Terminal
- Seats is Subject to Availability
- We will send you the confirmation Email to Collect your Boarding Pass from Majestic Ferry
- You can choose to Print out or Show thru your Phone - (Physical Print out is not Required)
- Majestic Ferry Ferry Address - 50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road, #01-16 Singapore 498833 Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
- Booking must be made within 60 days from Purchase date (Expired Ticket will be Forfieted)
- Boarding Pass must be collected 70min before Departure Time (Ferry will be cancelled if not collect in time)
- Board Gate close 30min before Departure Time
- Amendment is subject to our approval and policies
