·         Stocks (For Pre-Order Stock Only) will take 30 working days to arrive.

·         Delivery (For In-Stock Only) will take 2-7 working days to proceed after purchased， expect to receive in 2 – 4 working days.

• Should stock runs out， restocking takes at least 21 working days

·         Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.

·         Free delivery is for first shipment only. Customer will need to bear the Re-delivery of returned parcel or return for replacement.

·         Customer must inspect product immediately upon arrival to ensure item is good in condition. If the product was damaged / broken or faulty while received， customers have to contact us in the period of 3 days or we have the rights to ignore your issues.

·         Warranty is within 7 calendar days from date received.

·         Email must be attached with 11 street ‘s Voucher as proof of purchase.

·         Delivery costs for Warranty Claim or Replacement which is sending back to merchant must be covered by customer.

·         Merchant will cover delivery costs of replacement product to customer.

·         Faulty items must be delivery in their original packaging.
