Postal Delays: Singpost sometimes deliver parcels one month after the shipping date. As tracking numbers are unavailable under normal mail, we cannot provide any information on the delivery status. For customers whose parcels have not arrived 1 week after the shipping date, we would advise them to wait another 3 weeks (or 4 weeks in total for local deliveries; 6 weeks for overseas orders). If the parcels do not turn up a month later, please email the cart/order number and query to limaejin@gmail.com.
