Its wear-resistant nubuck upper readily resists wear and tear and is reinforced with a full-wrap rubber rand to protect against abrasive granite slabs. A Gore-Tex membrane bucks moisture, while also providing a high level of breathability for those really hot days. The mid-stiff insole gives you the stable platform needed to work up exposed sections of trail safely, while the Vibram Mulaz sole is crampon compatible when you need to navigate a section of glacial ice.
