I set it up correctly in the vehicle and it worked for only about 3 days then it wouldn't read any discs or play anything so I put it back in the box and stored it way for over a year. I just took it out its now May 2017 plugged it in again it worked I was happy now my step-son could watch his movies again..... WRONG with in only of using it for two days the same thing happened it stopped playing any movie and all it said was Read then stopped or error disc then no disc. It's a very shotty item for being a brand name I used to trust RCA but after this experience with it I can't anymore. As you can see I kept it all looking brand new and everything is original. Purchased and didn't use right away (ordered headphones for the kids so waited about a week). Used this product only three times before the main screen stopped working which was strange since the second screen was fine. Still had sound but the main screen went fuzzy like when you can't tune in a station. Tried contacting RCA for help and still haven't had a response from them. Luckily I was still in the 15-day window for returning to Walmart and had no problems returning it for a refund. I thought I might try getting another set as I figured I just got the "bad apple" of the bunch. The store was sold out of the product and it was more expensive to purchase online from Walmart. I had already travelled pretty far to take it back. I will be purchasing a different dual screen product than the RCA version.
