Size recommendation

M: palm width of less than 8.5cm (usually for women or small men use the palm of your hand)

L: palm width of 8.5-9.5cm， that is about 9cm (usually men's usual size)

XL: palm width greater than 9.5cm (usually the upper hand for men)
