EFEK FARMAKOLOGI :
1. Graptophylli folium ekstrak
Dikenal dengan nama daun wungu, mengandung senyawa aktif berupa alkaloid, glikosida steroid, saponin & tannin. Beberapa ahli ( Dr. JM. Sugiarto S, Dr. Sarjono O Santoso, Dr. Sugiarto ) telah melakukan penelitian tentang khasiat daun wungu dan hasilnya menunjukan bahwa ekstrak daun wungu dapat menghilangkan gejala gejala wasir seperti nyeri, pendarahan & panas.
Mekanisme kerja zat aktif yaitu dengan mempengaruhi kontraksi otot polos serta memberikan efek penyusutan otot polos sehingga dapat mengurangi penonjolan anus.
2. Andrographis paniculata folium ekstrak
Tanaman sambiloto bersifat antibiotik dengan kandungan aktif andrografin.
Panikulin yang dapat membantu menyembuhkan luka akibat radang pada kawasan anus dan memperbaiki saluran pencernaan.
3. Curcumae xanthoriza rhizoma ekstrak
Temulawak berkhasiat sebagai analgesik dengan kandungan zat aktif yang dinamai germakron, zat ini menekan rasa sakit yang diakibatkan oleh menonjolnya organ bagian anus
juga mengandung curcumin sebagai anti radang yang timbul di sekitar anus dan terkadang disertai luka.

EFFECT OF PHARMACOLOGY:
1. Graptophylli folium extract
Known as wungu leaves, it contains active compounds in the form of alkaloids, steroid glycosides, saponins and tannins. Some experts (Dr. JM Sugiarto S, Dr. Sarjono O Santoso, Dr. Sugiarto) have done research on the efficacy of wungu leaves and the results show that wungu leaves extract can relieve symptoms of hemorrhoid symptoms such as pain, bleeding & heat.
Mechanism of action active substance is by affecting contraction of smooth muscle and give effect of smooth muscle shrinkage so that can reduce protrusion of anal.
2. Andrographis paniculata folium extract
Sambiloto plants are antibiotic with active ingredients andrografin.
Paniculin can help heal inflammatory wounds in the anal region and improve the digestive tract.
3. Curcumae xanthoriza rhizoma extract
Ginger efficacious as analgesic with the content of an active substance called germakron, this substance to suppress the pain caused by protruding organs of the part of the anus
Also contains curcumin as an anti-inflammation that arises around the anus and sometimes accompanied by wounds.
