100% Fresh Freeze-Dried Acai (ah-sigh-ee) is a large palm tree indigenous to the Amazon Basin. Acai fruit is traditionally of great importance as food and medicine. Acai is a rich source of antioxidants including anthocyanins and procyanidins, and also contains healthy omega fats, protein and fiber. These nutrients are carefully preserved by freeze-drying, which we believe to be the gentlest and therefore best method of drying and preserving medicinal and food plants. Directions
One (1) level teaspoon for each 60 lbs of body weight. Mix the Organic Acai Pow-der in water or your favorite juice, smoothie or drink.Because Acai contains fragile compounds that are sensitive to moisture, air and heat, this product should be stored tightly capped in the freezer or refrigerator.
