Warranty by SuperSave4u

1 months warranty upon manufacturing defect from date of receive.
For warranty claims: 

STEP 1: Email to superway.kl@gmail.com and provide the following details: 
- Name 
- Contact number 
- Delivery address 
- 11 Street Order Number 
- Attached Invoice/Order Delivery 
- Attached photo / video of faulty product

STEP 2: Upon confirmation, a mailing address will be provided.

STEP 3: Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to SuperWay, Kuala Lumpur. Delivery costs covered by customer.

SuperWay will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer
Warranty claims which do not fulfil the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
