RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All items will be check thoroughly for manufacturing defects before mailing out.

Exchange can be done if wrong items are delivered by Yz Trading. We will bear the Delivery cost.

 

The following reasons will not be considered as manufacturing defects:-

1. Minor Stains, wrinkles on stationeries
2. Minor Colour differences compared to pictures
3. Product damage during delivery process
4. Deliberate damage of items

 

Buyer may not request for refund or exchange of the purchased goods in any of the following cases:-

1. The value of goods have decrease due to lapse of time which makes resale difficult
2. The goods are lost or damaged
3. Any other reasonable grounds that prelude the buyer’s claim for refund and exchange

 

How to exchange?

1. All exchange request to be sent via Email (YzTradingSg@gmail.com) within 1 week from the date of delivery
2. All exchange request will be replied within 2 working days
3. Customer have to bear full delivery charges for Items that are eligible for exchange.
